Cookie Policy

Let me make this simple-
We collect Cookies for 3 main reasons -

1 - PERFORMANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING - Sometimes things go wrong, and the *basic* metrics we collect help with that.
2- FUNDING - We rely *heavily* on grants for funding. Some of those grants require us to show we are able to draw in folks from the surrounding area. We collect the bare minimum to tell if the digital visitor is from the local area or not. this keeps us funded.
3- BOTS + PROTECTION - We have to keep a wave of bullshit non-human traffic from effecting the human traffic. We need to be able to effectively tell who's human and who's not

What the ACES can actually see -

Type of browser, desktop vs mobile user, region (from your pubic IP), time on each page, and what page you came in and left on. THAT'S IT.

WE DON'T COLLECT, PROCESS, OR STORE, YOUR CRITICAL FINANCIAL DATA. - thats all done by payment processors like Paypal and Stripe.

WE DON'T DE-ANONYMIZE ANY COOKIE DATA.

WE DON'T SELL YOUR DATA. we put on events for the local area, not sell your data to online creeps. screw that.
Don't believe me? We use Plausible for analytics, hosted with the ACES Website to get rid of third parties watching our traffic - https://plausible.io/docs/metrics-definitions to see more about the metrics collected. (NOTE- we also use Odoo, which can't and doesn't use all these features. If you're that pedantic and have to know more specifically which we use and don't use, then reach out to us. )

Let me make this complicated-
